Kincentric

In 2019 Spencer Stuart (a global executive search and leadership consulting firm) acquired a division of Aon—to be named Kincentric—that focuses on employee engagement, people strategy, organizational culture, leadership assessment and development, and HR advisory services.

We worked with Spencer Stuart on naming, strategy, messaging and the visual identity of their new acquisition. In parallel the definitional brand work was applied to a new website, built under tight timelines for the brand launch. My role on the project was to lead the design team in the creation of the logo, visual identity system, guidelines, launch video, the digital application of the visual identity and numerous other touchpoints associated with the rollout of the new brand. The visual expression captures the agility, clarity and confidence Kincentric delivers with leading technology and human-centered solutions.
